    La memoria de trabajoes un dispositivo básico para la supervivencia humana, existen numerosas pruebas para su evaluación y diagnóstico. El presente artículo se traza como objetivo identificar las variables que,desde el Sistema Comprehensivo deRorschach,predicen el comportamiento deesta función ejecutiva. Para ello, se aplicó el Psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach y la clásica tarea Cubos de Corsi,a un grupode 50 sujetos sanos.Donde después de clasificarlossegún su desempeño, y aplicandoregresión logística múltiple, se identificarondos variablesde Rorschach que explicaronconsistentementelas variaciones en la tarea Cubos de Corsi: la capacidad de los sujetos para ingresar datos al sistema cognitivo con precisióny lahabilidadde hacer frente a las situaciones actuales cargadas de tensión.

    Working memory is a basic device for human survival, and there are numerous tests for its evaluation and diagnosis. The objective of this article is to identify the variables that, from the Rorschach Comprehensive System, predict the behavior of this executive function. For this, the Rorschach Psychodiagnosis and the classic Corsi Cubes task were applied to a group of healthy subjects. Where after classifying them according to their performance, and applying multiple logistic regression, two Rorschach variables were identified that consistently explained the variations in the Corsi Cubes task: the ability of the subjects to enter data into the cognitive system with precision and the ability to cope with current stressful situations.
