Resumen de Hacia un modelo b-learning de formación pedagógica para los estudiantes de las ciencias técnicas

  El presente artículo tienecomo objetivo argumentar algunas consideraciones sobre el diseño y concepción deunmodelo b-learningde formación pedagógica para estudiantes de las carreras técnicas. Sobre las aristas que conforman esta problemática mucho se ha escrito en la literaturacientífica; sin embargo, se revelan contradicciones en el proceso de formación pedagógica de los estudiantes de las carreras técnicas, siendo lo más significativo, la no inclusión, en los actuales planes de estudio de estas carreras,de la disciplina Pedagogía como parte del currículo base, ni en los modos de actuación de los profesionales lo referente a la docencia. Lo que hace pertinente fundamentare implementarun modelo b-learningde formación pedagógica, que incluyael curso que se imparte a los alumnos ayudantes; el cual se convierte en antesala de la estrategia para la formación pedagógica continua del claustro de la universidad.Para lograr este objetivoy transformarla realidad existente, se utiliza como método de investigación: la Investigación Acción Participativa, ante la necesidad de lograrla participación activa de los actores sociales involucrados en la investigación: estudiantes y profesores de las carreras;tanto en el proceso investigativo, comoen la creación de conocimiento científico del problema planteado.

  The objective of this article is to argue some considerations about the design and conception of a b-learning model of pedagogical training for students of technical careers. On the edges that make up this problem, much has been written in the scientific literature; however, contradictions are revealed in the pedagogical training process of the students of technical careers, the most significant being the non-inclusion, in the current study plans of these careers, of the discipline Pedagogy as part of the basic curriculum, nor in the ways of acting of the professionals what refers to teaching. What makes it pertinent to base and implement a b-learning model of pedagogical training, which includes the course that is taught tostudent assistants; which becomes a prelude to the strategy for continuous pedagogical training of the university cloister.To achieve this objective and transform the existing reality, the Participatory Action Research is used as a research method, given the need to achieve the active participation of the social actors involved in the research: students and professors of the careers; both in the investigative process and in the creation of scientific knowledge of the problem posed.
