    En los últimos tiempos se está planteando en la práctica si el cónyuge viudo del transmitente de una delación es sujeto interesado en la partición de la herencia así transmitida. En el presente trabajo se analiza la cuestión críticamente a la luz de la jurisprudencia y la doctrina registral oficial.

    In recent times, the question has been raised in practice whether the widowed spouse of the transferor of the ius delationis is an interested party in the division of the estate that has been transferred in this way. This paper critically analyses the question in the light of the case law and the registry doctrine of the Directorate General.
