  La educación en valores de las nuevas generaciones de profesionales constituye un imperativo ante los dilemas que impone el mundo actual. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo exponer algunas consideraciones teóricas sobre la formación axiológica del profesional de la administración en el contexto universitario. Para los profesionales de administración la formación en valores, fomentada desde sus etapas como estudiantes universitarios, se erige en una poderosa herramienta que les posibilitará demostrar competencia en su desempeño y una actuación ciudadana digna de los más altos valores morales. Se utilizaron varios métodos de nivel teórico, entre los que se encuentran análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción. Se recopiló la información a través del empleo del motor de búsqueda Google, seleccionando los artículos que tuvieran en algún campo las palabras clave: Valores, formación, actuación, profesionales. Como resultado, se tiene que los valores en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en Institutos de Educación Superior, no han sido suficientes para la creación de condiciones que posibiliten un escenario altamente estimulante para el aprendizaje. Se concluye, que la formación axiológica del profesional de administración supone el compromiso de la Institución, los profesores y de toda la comunidad educativa, así como el papel activo del estudiante como sujeto de su propia formación.

  The education in values of the new generations of professionals constitutes an imperative in the face of the dilemmas imposed by the current world. The present research aims to present some theoretical considerations on the axiological training of the administration professional in the university context. For administration professionals, training in values, promoted from their stages as university students, becomes a powerful tool that will enable them to demonstrate competence in their performance and a civic performance worthy of the highest moral values. Several theoretical level methods were used, among which are analysissynthesis and induction-deduction. The information was collected through the use of the Google search engine, selecting the articles that had the keywords in any field: Values, training, performance, professionals.

  As a result, the values in the teaching-learning process in Higher Education Institutes have not been sufficient to create conditions that enable a highly stimulating setting for learning. It is concluded that the axiological training of the administration professional implies the commitment of the Institution, the teachers and the entire educational community, as well as the active role of the student as the subject of their own training.
