  Por desgracia y sin que nadie lo pudiéramos imaginar, estamos viviendo una pandemia desde hace unos meses, debido a la enfermedad COVID-19 provocada por el betacoronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Su inicio incipiente y la alta incidencia exige rápidas respuestas que intentan darse fomentando el trabajo en los campos de investigación y atención sanitaria.

  Debido al desconocimiento de la COVID-19 y viendo su rápido progreso y sus graves consecuencias en la población, surge la necesidad de investigar sobre los síntomas que al principio no relacionamos con el SARS-CoV-2, pero que al poco tiempo del inicio de la pandemia quedó evidenciado que tienen relación directa con el virus.

  Unfortunately and without anyone being able to imagine it, we have been experiencing a pandemic for a few months, due to the COVID-19 disease which is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 betacoronavirus. Its incipient onset and high incidence requires quick responses that try to realize it by promoting work in the fields of research and health care.

  Due to the ignorance of COVID-19 and seeing its high incidence and its serious consequences in the population, the need arises to investigate the symptoms that at first we did not relate to SARS-CoV-2, but shortly after the beginning the pandemic, it was evidenced that they are directly related to the virus.
