  • The work that Nadar devoted to Baudelaire is largely based on correspondence documents (sometimes the only copies we have of them), and moreover it brings together anecdotes which go beyond the character to spread over other acquaintances of their common youth, through his memory of the events, suggesting dating of the first compositions that help to clarify the origin of their creation.
