    El presente artículo ofrece un punto de vista en relación a la presencia del salafismo y el yihadismo en el estado de Libia. Las particulares características del entramado social de este estado son analizadas con el objetivo de estimar si la idiosincrasia tribal en sí misma es un agente que facilita o dificulta la proyección del terrorismo en la región. Para ello, se revisa el contexto sociopolítico más reciente de Libia, prestando atención a la estructura demográfica y social de la población, a la deriva de inestabilidad política en el país y al empoderamiento de las organizaciones terroristas en el estado.

    This article offers a point of view in relation to the empowerment of terrorist organizations in the state of Libya. The particular characteristics of the social network of this state are analyzed, in order to estimate if the tribal idiosyncrasy itself is an agent that facilitates or hinders the projection of terrorism in the region. To do this, the most recent socio-political context of Libya is analyzed, paying attention to the demographic and social structure of the population, the drift political instability in the country and the empowerment of terrorist organizations in the state.
