    Se realiza modelo enfermero y plan de cuidados estandarizado a paciente con Siringomielia, entendiendo la labor asistencial como un ser biopsicosocial, es decir, las esferas biológica, psicológica y social que rodean esta patología, haciendo hincapié en la progresión tan variable que tiene esta enfermedad y entendiendo el apoyo familiar como un pilar fundamental en la evolución del proceso.

    A nursing model and standardized care plan are carried out for a patient with Syringomyelia, understanding the care work as a biopsychosocial being, that is, the biological, psychological and social spheres that surround this pathology, emphasizing the highly variable progression of the disease and understanding family support as a fundamental pillar in the evolution of the process.
