Pregnancy and postpartum are physiological stages that involve numerous adaptations in the woman’s body. Often, the involution of these adaptations implies dysfunctions that physical activity can help to rehabilitate. By dividing the postpartum into immediate and late we can perform various exercises, as long as there are no complications that contraindicate this activity, to speed up the return to the pre-pregnancy routine.
