Resumen de Una reinterpretación pictográfica de la espiral en algunas culturas indígenas de Colombia

Este estudio se aproximó a la espiral en la pictografía precolombina para analizarla de manera rigurosa y mostrar toda su complejidad a la hora de definir visiones del mundo. Con este fin, la espiral y sus diferentes variantes son estudiadas desde la antropología lingüística, la etnolingüística y la etnografía. Finalmente, los resultados señalarán la necesidad de reevaluar la interpretación de estas marcas rupestres en sus diversos medios de reproducción artística, pues ellas podrían fortalecer, a través de su significado, la identidad étnica y el aprendizaje intercultural indígena.

This study approached the spiral in pre-Columbian pictography, to analyze it rigorously and show all its complexity in defining visions of the world. To this end, the spiral and its different variants are studied from linguistic anthropology, ethnolinguistics and ethnography. Finally, the results will point to the need to re-evaluate the interpretation of these rock marks in their various means of artistic reproduction, since they could strengthen, through their meaning, ethnic identity and indigenous intercultural learning.
