El proceso de la justiciabilidad del derecho humano a la seguridad social fue ignorado durante muchos años. Inclusive la Corte IDH rara vez incluyó a este derecho humano dentro de sus preceptos de violación o en los puntos resolutivos.
Por ello, este artículo presenta el resultado de una investigación jurídica, cuyo objetivo es demostrar que la justiciabilidad del derecho humano a la seguridad social aún se encuentra en desarrollo, a través del análisis de las principales resoluciones de la Corte IDH y como estudio de caso, la trayectoria que ha tenido la concreción de ese derecho humano en México.

The process of justiciability of the human right to social security has been invisible for many years. Even the Inter-American Court of Human Rights rarely included in its interpretation of the term violations or in its conclusions.Therefore, this article has the aim of showing the result of a legal investigation, whose objective is to demonstrate that the justiciability of the human right to social security is still developing, through the analysis of the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court and as a case study, the trajectory of materialization that this specific human right has had in Mexico.
