    En diciembre de 2019, con la aparición del virus SARS-Cov-2 se han presentado grandes desafíos a nivel global y particular. La pandemia Covid -19 ha supuesto un rápido incremento en el número de muertes y morbilidad en la población, con cambios en el estilo de vida y grandes restricciones.

    Todo ello, ha favorecido que un gran número de la población haya experimentado episodios de miedo, estrés, depresión y ansiedad entre otros.

    El personal sanitario es uno de los grupos más afectados por esta situación, destacando entre ellos, a los que están en constante contacto con enfermos Covid.

    Es importante conocer el alcance de esta situación y las posibles terapias e intervenciones para disminuir dichos episodios.

    In December 2019, with the appearance of the SARS-Cov-2 virus, great challenges have been presented at a global and individual level. The Covid -19 pandemic has led to a rapid increase in the number of deaths and mobility in the population, with changes in lifestyle and great restrictions.

    All this has favored that a large number of the population have experienced episodes of fear, stress, depression and anxiety, among others.

    Health personnel are one of the groups most affected by this situation, highlighting among them those who are in constant contact with covid patients.

    It is important to know the scope of this situation and the possible therapies and possible interventions to reduce these episodes.
