    Paciente de 62 años que acude al servicio de urgencias por dificultad para respirar y sensación de fiebre pero refiere no tener termómetro para constatar. Es hipertenso y sufrió un infarto en 2014. A su llegada, saturación de 88% y temperatura de 38ºC, tras un test de antígeno, se confirma que es Covid positivo. En la exploración se auscultan crepitantes basales bilaterales y obteniendo en la analítica el dímero-D elevado. Se decide ingresar en la unidad de neumología.

    62 years old patient who came to the emergency room due to shortness of breath and a feeling of fever but reported not having a thermometer to verify it. He is hypertensive and suffered a heart attack in 2014. Upon arrival, saturation of 88% and temperature of 38ºC, after an antigen test, it is confirmed that he is Covid positive. It is explored by auscultating basal bilateral crackles and obtaining elevated D-dimer on laboratory tests. It was decided to enter the pulmonology unit.
