    Una de las enfermedades con mayor prevalencia en nuestra sociedad es la Hipertensión arterial, y se encuentra ligada directamente con la calidad de vida de los pacientes. Por eso, y después de numerosos estudios se está empezando a cambiar el abordaje tanto del diagnóstico como del tratamiento; se hace partícipe al paciente de su enfermedad y ésta se trata con ayuda de un equipo interdisciplinar con una mirada holística de la enfermedad.

    Arterial hypertension is one of the diseases with the highest prevalence in our society, and it is directly linked to the quality of life of patients. For this reason, and after numerous studies, the approach to both diagnosis and treatment is beginning to change; the patient becomes a participant in his disease and this is treated with the help of an interdisciplinary team with a holistic view of the disease
