La crónica narra el contenido de tres sentencias ejemplares en materia de Seguridad Social que tienen como ponente al homenajeado. Dedican su atención, respectivamente, al problema del día a partir del cual surge el derecho a la nueva pensión en caso de revisión de la incapacidad, el derecho a lucrar el incremento del 20 % en la incapacidad permanente total cuando se ha reconocido la prestación tomando en consideración el cómputo recíproco de cotizaciones y, por último, la aplicación del coeficiente reductor propio del cese no imputable a la voluntad del trabajador cuando el jubilado de manera anticipada proviniera de una prejubilación acordada en expediente de regulación de empleo.

The report narrates the content of three exemplary rulings in the matter of Social Security that have the honouree as speaker. They devote their attention, respectively, to a modern problem from which the right to the new pension arises in the event of a disability review; the right to profit from the 20% increase in total permanent disability when the benefit has been recognised by taking in consideration of the reciprocal calculation of contributions; and, finally, the application of the reduction coefficient proper to the termination not attributable to the will of the worker when the retiree comes early from a pre-retirement agreed in the employment regulation file.
