    Se analizan en el presente comentarios tres pronunciamientos judiciales de los que fue ponente el Magistrado D. Aurelio Desdentado Bonete. El primero de ellos se refiere a los efectos que, sobre la extinción del contrato de los trabajadores, tiene la jubilación del empleador cuando esta se produce en la Mutualidad de la abogacía, habiéndose producido varios años antes la jubilación en el RETA. El segundo aborda la compatibilidad entre las cantidades percibidas en concepto de jubilación por el síndrome tóxico generado por la colza y los complementos por mínimos en la pensión de viudedad. En el tercero, finalmente, se analizan los efectos que, sobre la cuantía de la pensión de jubilación, tuvo la integración del personal de la ONCE en el Régimen General de la Seguridad Social.

    Three judicial pronouncements, for which Magistrate Mr Aurelio Desdentado Bonete was residing, are analysed in this comment. The first of these refers to the effects that, on the termination of the workers' contract, the retirement of the employer has when it occurs in the Mutual Society of the legal profession, the retirement in the RETA having taken place several years before. The second deals with the compatibility between the amounts received as retirement due to toxic oil syndrome generated by rapeseed and the minimum supplements in the survivor's pension. Finally, the third analyses the effects that the integration of the ONCE staff into the General Social Security Scheme had on the amount of the retirement pension.
