Resumen de Insolvencia empresarial en el sector salud colombiano

  En este estudio se busca encontrar las variables que más impacto tienen sobre la insolvencia empresarial en las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPS) en Colombia, utilizando para ello las relacionadas a la estructura organizacional, de calidad y las financieras. La base de datos se encuentra estructurada con dos mil empresas entre insolventes y solventes para el período 2010 al 2019, y la metodología utilizada son los árboles de clasificación Chaid (Chi-square automatic interaction detector). El estudio encontró que la principal variable clasificatoria es la razón corriente, seguida de la variable IPS habilitada, a la vez que se detectó una relación estrecha entre la liquidez y la calidad en el servicio frente a la insolvencia de las IPS.

  This study seeks to find the variables that have the most impact on business insolvency in Health Service Provider Institutions (IPS) in Colombia, using those related to the organizational, quality and financial structure. The database is structured with two thousand companies between insolvent and solvent for the period 2010 to 2019, and the methodology used is the Chaid (Chi-square automatic interaction detector) classification trees. The study found that the main classifying variable is the current ratio, followed by the enabled IPS variable, while at the same time a close relationship was detected between liquidity and quality of service in the face of IPS insolvency.
