L'excavació iniciada la tardar de l'any 2009 a la cova "Bauma d'en Noguer" ha posat al descobert diferents evidencies d'ocupacions humanes successives des del neolític antic epicardial fins a l'actualitat. Aquesta treballa en una cavitat fins ara desconeguda per la ciència arqueològica és una novetat de primer ordre per a I' estudi històric de la regió (massís de I' Alta Garrotxa i plana empordanesa). L'excavació continua en l'actualitat i el seu principal objectiu és localitzar restes encara més antigues: del període paleolític.
The excavation pioneered the oufumn of the year 2009 in the cave "Bauma d'en Noguer" has put in the open different evidence of human occupations succesives since the ancient neolithic epicordial until the present. This find in a cavity until now been unaware by the orcheologic science is a novelty of first order for the historicol study of the region (massif of the Alto Garrotxa and plain from Empordà). The excavotion continues in the present and its main ob¡ective is to locote still more antique rests: of the paleolithic period.
