Atención tecnificada y fragmentada vs. atención holista y humanista

    Ésta es una reflexión deontológica de la atención del paciente diabético tipo 2, en algunas instituciones de salud en México, y que a través de la cita de Juliene G Lipson (2000) en su artículo "Cultura y Cuidados de Enfermería" conceptualizó, la cultura, las creencias, los hábitos del individuo así como la manera de protegerse ante los profesionales de la salud y la toma de decisiones ante su enfermedad; y en su modelo "una perspectiva cultural", donde mira el cuidado desde tres perspectivas: el contexto, el componente objetivo y el componente subjetivo, lo cual me parece importante e indispensable que le personal de enfermería lo reflexione en la educación y promoción a la salud, es también indispensable retomar la propuesta del Maestro Manuel Amezcua de "enfermedad y sus significados" Enfermedad Objeto (Disease). Enfermedad Sujeto (Illness) y Enfermedad-Social (Sickness).
