    Il presente contributo si sofferma sulle modifiche introdotte dal decreto legge n. 130/2020, poi convertito con modificazioni dalla legge n. 173/2020 nella ma- teria dell’immigrazione via mare, soffermandosi in particolare sui poteri riservati dalla nuova normativa ai Ministri dell’interno e a quello delle infrastrutture e della mobilità sostenibile e sull’incidenza della stessa in materia di soccorso.

    This paper focuses on the changes introduced by the Decree Law n. 130/2020, converted with amendments by law n. 173/2020 in the matter of immigration by sea, focusing in particular on the powers reserved by the new legislation to the Ministers of the Interior and of infrastructure and sustainable mobilities and on the impact of the same in the matter of rescuing at sea.
