    The unpublished verses that are published in this study are (in their majority) the texts of the role of a person in the lost Tragedyof Saint Georgios, which, most probably, was performed in the town of Chora of the Cycladic island Naxos (Greece) in early 18thcentury. These verses constitute the content of the manuscript no 2240 of the National Library of Greece. Among other issues, I enhance the confirmed (since 1999) identity of the Tragedyusing various comparisons tothe published Tragedy of Saint Demetrios.

Μεταξύ τῶν ἄλλων πούπραγματεύομαι, ἐνισχύω τήν ἐπιβεβαιωμένη (ἀπό τό 1999) ταυτότητα τῆς ἀπολεισθείσηςΤραγέδιαςμέ συγκρίσεις πρός τήν ἐκδεδομένη Τραγέδια τοῦἁγίου Δημητρίου.
