  • New ways of living in Valencia in the late 15th and early 16th centuries In the second half of the 15th century, we witnessed a series of experiments in the distribution and configuration of some stately homes, especially with regard to the layout of the most representative spaces. In this text we are going to trace some of these changes, mainly through three Va- lencian buildings, belonging to the old and powerful family of the Próxita, the Borja enriched in the pontifical court and the Sorell, prominent members of the urban patriciate
