Resumen de Liderazgo y gestión del conocimiento de los directivos del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Público de Puno

El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar grado de relación entre el liderazgo y gestión del conocimiento de los directivos del Instituto Superior Pedagógico Público de Puno, 2017. El método de la investigación fue descriptivo, corresponde al diseño correlacional, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta para ambas variables y como instrumento se aplicó un cuestionario. El diseño estadístico para la prueba de hipótesis fue la correlación de Pearson. Los resultados indican que existe un alto grado de correlación entre el liderazgo y gestión del conocimiento. Esta conclusión se sustenta en la prueba estadística de Pearson que es igual a 0,72 debido a que la existencia de un regular nivel de liderazgo personal e institucional hace posible que haya regulares niveles de gestión de conocimiento de capital tangible y de recursos humanos.

The objective of this work was to determine the degree of relationship between leadership and knowledge management of the directors of the Higher Pedagogical Institute of Puno, 2017. The research method was descriptive, corresponds to the correlational design, the technique used was the survey both variables and as a tool a questionnaire was applied. The statistical design for the hypothesis test was the Pearson correlation. The results indicate that there is a high degree of correlation between leadership and knowledge management. This conclusion is based on Pearson's statistical test, which is equal to 0.72, because the existence of a regular level of personal and institutional leadership makes it possible to have regular knowledge management levels of tangible capital and human resources.
