  Este trabajo tiene por objeto analizar la reforma acometida por el legislador español mediante la Ley 8/2021 para determinar en qué medida la doctrina que el Tribunal Supremo ha ido consolidando a lo largo de estos años en relación a la provisión de apoyos a las personas con discapacidad, “releyendo” la normativa aún vigente, seguirá siendo válida en el nuevo escenario normativo.

  This work is intended to study the reform that has been undertaken by the Spanish legislator by means of the Law 8/2021, in order to determine to what extent the case law doctrine of the Supreme Court concerning the provision of support to people with disabilities -which has become consolidated throughout the last years by re-reading the current regulation-, will remain valid under the new regulatory framework.
