Resumen de Infraestructuras de Datos Espaciales:: Análisis de Patentes

  Las infraestructuras de datos espaciales han venido evolucionando cada vez más, los paíseshacen uso de ella, para gestionar información de interés geográfico,beneficiándose de las ventajas que le brinda el acceso a datos geográficos,mediante serviciosweb de dominio público, que permiten mejorar el uso de los recursos territoriales y la toma de decisiones sobre ellos.La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizarlas infraestructuras de datos espaciales, a través del análisis de patentes; la misma fue de carácter documental, descriptivo; con un diseño transaccional y bibliométrico. La población estuvo conformada por 35patentes publicadas desde 2009 hasta 2019 en las oficinas de patentes estadounidense, europea y asiática; el tratamiento de la información se realizó con el software VantagePointy el SPSS versión 10, para la recolección de datos se utilizó una matriz de análisis. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la mayor actividad de la investigación, se concentra entre los años 2017 y 2018, los países que ejercen el liderazgo dentro del área de estudio son China, Estados Unidos, y Corea del Sur;las áreas que presenta mayor desarrolloen primer lugar son los servicios de Open GeospatialConsortium(OGC), en segundo lugar los Sistemas de Información Geográfica en la nube (GIS Cloud) y en tercer lugar con carácter innovador, la Big Data Espacial, Minería de Datos; y las denominadas colaborativas de Información Geográfica Voluntaria (VGI) & Crowdsourcing. La fase de desarrollo en que se encuentra la tecnología es emergente.

  The spatial data infrastructure is evolving more and more, countries make use of it, benefiting from the advantages that access to geographic data, through web service to of domain public, which improve the use of territorial resources. The objective of the research was to analyze the spatial data infrastructure, through the analysis of patents; it was documentary, descriptive; with a transectional and bibliometric design. The population consisted of 35 patents published from 2009 to 2019 in the US, European and Asian patent offices; Information treatment was performed with VantagePoint software and SPSS version 10, an analysis matrix was used for data collection. The results obtained show that the greatest research activity is concentrated between the years 2017 and 2018, the countries that exercise leadership within the study area are China, the United States, and South Korea; The areas that presents the greatest development in the first place are the services of the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), in second place the Geographic Information Systems in the cloud (GIS Cloud) and in third place with an innovative nature, the Spatial Big Data, Mining Data; and the so-called Voluntary Geographic Information (VGI) & Crowdsourcing collaboratives. The stage of development that the technology is emergent.
