  • Resumen
    • This paper discusses the oral (OAS) and nasal acoustic signals (NAS) of prenasalized [mb nd ŋɡ] and full nasal [m n ɲ] consonants of the Nhandewa-Guarani dialectal variety. The results obtained show that the duration of the murmur of [mb nd ŋɡ] does not exhibit significant differences with the murmur of [m n ɲ]. In pre-nasalized consonants, the nasal phase corresponds to 70% of the total duration of the segment, while the remaining 30% is due to the phase of oral occlusion. For both groups of consonants, despite a higher concentration of energy at low frequencies, differences in amplitude of spectral peaks are noticed in the transition between the nasaloral phases of pre-nasalized consonants.
