We present new data about strange and paradoxical geoforms found in shelters and caves in a Pseudokarst in sandstone from Jaizkibel Formation (of Eocene age). The designs include odd boxworks, drilled ribbons, Moebius tracks, residual dissolution forms, structures of current, nodules, ferruginous sheets and inclusions, shapes of interference and Liesegang bandings. Bizarre designs occur in cave systems under blocks and in vertical cliffs and escarpments. Geoforms are formed mainly by intergranular dissolution processes. Other factors take part in their origin as well: local lithological differences, rhythmic precipitation and recementation, primary structure of the abyssal turbidites, chemical reactivity, and effects of convection and diffusion of wave-patterns. Descriptions are illustrated by mean of photographs. Several aspects on their origin and characteristics are discussed.
