    Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal dar a conocer el funcionamiento de las EscuelasBosque, que forman parte de un tipo de educación conocida como educación alternativa. Para ello, seplasmarán los acontecimientos históricos que dieron lugar a su origen y su posterior desarrollo. Másadelante, se expondrán definiciones que han intentado explicar este tipo de modelo educativo y susprincipales características. Tras esto, se hará referencia a las repercusiones de este tipo de escuela, susventajas e inconvenientes. Por último, se esbozará la situación de este modelo educativo en lapandemia.Esto se ha llevado a cabo a través de una indagación teórica y análisis bibliográfico, recogiendo losdatos científicos más relevantes sobre el tema. Por tanto, los resultados que se han obtenido reflejan unmodelo educativo que está implantado en Europa y que está emergiendo progresivamente en España

    The main objective of this research is to provide information about the functioning of ForestSchools, which are part of an education group known as alternative education. With this aim, thehistorical events that gave rise to its origin and subsequent development will be reflected. Later,definitions that have tried to explain this type of educational model and its main characteristics will bepresented. After this, reference will be made to the repercussions of this type of school, advantages anddisadvantages. Finally, the situation of this educational model in pandemic will be outlined.This study has been carried out through a theoretical investigation and bibliographic analysis,collecting the most relevant scientific data on the subject. Therefore, the results that have beenobtained reflect an educational model that is implanted in Europe and that is emerging progressively inSpain
