La necesidad de Normas Jurídicas más humanistas, se va abriendo paso amén de políticas poco humanistas, cada vez más crecientes. Corresponde a la Filosofía del Derecho, dar respuesta a las interrogantes del hombre ante las injusticias. Ninguna Ley, por justa que pueda parecer, si no tiene al hombre, su humanidad, integridad y dignidad, como centro de protección, no debe ser legitimada por el poder estatal, porque, la principal función del Estado, es y debe ser, la protección del hombre mismo.

The need for more humanistic Legal Norms is making way for less humanistic policies, which are increasingly growing. It corresponds to the Philosophy of Law, to respond to the questions of man before injustices. No law, no matter how fair it may seem, if it does not have man, his humanity, integrity and dignity, as a center of protection, should not be legitimized by state power, because the main function of the state is and must be the protection of man himself.
