Las relaciones jurídicas que nacen con ocasión de las nuevas tecnologías y, de manera particular, las suscritas entre el empleador de plataformas y el rider ponen en cuestión la aplicabilidad del vigente Estatuto de los Trabajadores. Desde estas breves reflexiones se defiende la suficiencia del ordenamiento jurídico vigente para solucionar este tipo de controversias.

The legal relationships that are born thanks to the new technologies and, in a particular way, the specific ones between the platform employer and the rider cast doubt on the applicability of the current Statute of Workers Rights. With these brief reflections we defend that with the current legal system these problems can be solved.
