    Como un recuerdo que se intenta actualizar hasta el último instante, como una historia para contar sin reservas, como una imagen vuelta representación constante, como algo o alguien de lo que amerita hablarse, como…. Así como se han impuesto el nombre, la obra y la figura del Libertador Simón Bolívar en el presente, época de conmemoración de hechos sucedidos hace dos siglos; pero, ante todo, momentos para la rememoración, para entender lo que fuimos y comprender lo que somos ahora.

    Like a memory that is tried to bring up-to-date until the last moment, like a story to count without reservations, like a constant representation of the image, as something or someone of what deserves to be spoken, like .... Just as the name, the work and the figure of the Liberator Simón Bolívar have been imposed in the present, an epoch of commemoration of events that occurred two centuries ago; but, above all, moments for remembrance, to understand what we were and to understand what we are now.
