    El Derecho Procesal se ha pasado muchos años dando vueltas en torno a sí mismo, pretendiendo buscar respuestas en el Derecho a materias que le afectan pero que no son jurídicas. El procesalista debe abrir su visión a esas materias si quiere encontrar respuestas completas, construyendo así una auténtica ciencia del proceso, siguiendo el ejemplo de Michele Taruffo.

    Procedural Law has spent many years spinning around itself, trying to find answers in the Law to questions related to it that are not juridical. Proceduralists must open their vision to these matters in order to find complete answers, thus building an authentic science of the process, following the example of Michele Taruffo.
