    Entre los viñedos históricos estudiados hemos elegido este de la comarca de Vidigueira (Portugal) por mostrar tres etapas evolutivas de sus cultivos que se pueden observar en el paisaje. Este estudio se ha realizado empleando metodología etnográfica por medio de encuestas en el territorio. En paralelo a los tres momentos del cultivo se han dado tres tipos de vinificación y ha perdurado la elaboración de los vinos de tinaja. Para este tipo de vino se reclama el reconocimiento de Patrimonio de la Humanidad a la UNESCO.

    Among the historical vineyards we have studied we have chosen the Vidigueira (Portugal) region to show three evolutionary stages of their cultivation that can be seen in the landscape. This study has been carried out using ethnographic methodology through surveys in the territory. In parallel to the three moments of cultivation, there have been three types of winemaking and the production of the tinaja wines has lasted. For this type of wine the UNESCO World Heritage recognition is claimed.
