    Le prerogative procedurali riconosciute alla persona offesa si consumano con la conclusione delle indagini preliminari; quelle processuali, tra cui il diritto ad una decisione in tempi ragionevoli, invece, scaturiscono dalla formalizzazione dell’azione civile, espressione normativa e condizione di effettività dell’interesse dell’offeso danneggiato dal reato alla pronuncia del giudice.     The procedural prerogatives recognized to the injured person are consummated with the conclusion of the preliminary investigations; the procedural ones, including the right to a decision within a reasonable time, however, arise from the formalization of the civil action, normative expression and condition of effectiveness of the interest of the offended party damaged by the crime at the judgment of the judge.

    On this point there is no dialogue between the Courts of Rights
