  Los cuidados enfermeros requieren compromiso y conocimiento del rol del cuerpo, unido a una intención, una voluntad y una relación que permite descubrir el campo fenomenológico de las personas y la forma positiva o negativa en sus elecciones, en sus comportamientos y en cómo éstos afectan a la salud. El dolor que experimenta el cuerpo en relación a las transformaciones físicas como enfermedades, mutilaciones, puede ser vivido según se autoperciba y puede manifestarse con dependencia, discapacidad y también con aceptación y paz. Vivir el cuerpo-dolor de otra forma puede llevar a la persona a liberarse de la identificación, siendo testigo u observador del cuerpo-dolor, no alimentándolo con nuestro pensamiento y llevarnos a encontrar nuestra fuerza interior e integrarlo como parte de este proceso. El marco teórico de referencia para el análisis de la narrativa parte de los "Caring Moments" sustentado en la escuela de pensamiento del "Caring" y el "Rol del Cuerpo" siguiendo la filosofía de Merleau- Ponty. Este trabajo trata de buscar conocimiento enfermero, dando significado al comportamiento humano frente al deterioro del cuerpo, así como visualizar lo que es importante y significativo para el paciente-familia y finalmente comunicar y socializar los cuidados enfermeros.

  Nursing cares require commitment and knowledge about the body's role, as well as intention, will, relation and action. The pain experienced by the body related to its physical transformations such as illnesses, accidents, mutilations, can be lived in different ways according to how it is perceived, and that can be showed through dependence, disability or through acceptance and peace. Living the body-pain in a different way can lead the person to get free from the self identification, becoming an observer of this body-pain, not feeding it with our thoughts and leading ourselves to find our internal energy and integrating it as a part of this process. The theoretical frame we take as a reference for the analysis of a narrative from this ideas is the "Caring Moments", which is maintained by the school of Caring of J. Watson, and the "Body's Role" in coping situations suggested by P. Benner, following the ideas of Merleau-Ponty . This work looks for nursing knowledge, giving a meaning to the human behaviour towards the physical deterioration, as well as visualizing what is important and significative for the patient-family, and finally, communicating and socialising the nursing cares.
