    El Partido Comunista Brasileño (PCB) celebrará su centenario en el año 2022. Este artículo tiene como objetivo sopesar la historiografía del PCB, sus diferentes vertientes e interpretaciones y analizar cómo estas estuvieron marcadas por la lucha de clases. Clasificamos la historiografía sobre los comunistas brasileños entre la escrita por los intelectuales orgánicos del movimiento obrero y la intelectualidad orgánica de las clases dominantes. La primera está marcada por su carácter episódico y desagregado, mientras que la segunda tiene el carácter de patologizar su acción.

    The Brazilian Communist Party (PCB) will celebrate its centenary in the year 2022. This article aims to weigh in on the historiography of the PCB, its different strands and interpretations and how they are also marked by the class struggle. We classify the historiography on Brazilian communists between the written by the organic intellectuals of the labor movement and another linked to the organic intellectuality of the dominant classes. The history of the PCB, written by the firsts, is marked by its episodic and disaggregated character, while the history that the seconds wrote has the character of pathologizing their action.
