  A raíz de las medidas dictadas por el gobierno para afrontar la crisis del covid 19 el Ministerio de la Presidencia organizó al personal para dar respuesta a las demandas de las entidades públicas a nivel nacional. Si bien el acompañamiento y respuesta del equipo técnico no se detuvo, sí hubo situaciones que pusieron en riesgo al personal del ministerio con el propósito de dar continuidad al servicio. En este contexto y debido al incremento de contagios, se estableció la modalidad de trabajo remoto que significó la reorientación de la gestión de los recursos humanos, materiales y tecnológicos. Así como, la búsqueda de la armonía entre el ámbito laboral y familiar.

  As a result of the measures dictated by the government to face the COVID-19 crisis, the Ministry of the Presidency organized the staff to respond to the demands of public entities at the national level. Although the support and response of the technical team did not stop, there were situations that put ministry personnel at risk in order to continue the service. In this context and due to the increase in infections, the remote work modality was established, which meant the reorientation of the management of human, material and technological resources. As well as, the search for harmony between the work and family environment.
