    los avances que ha traídola cuarta revolución mediante la inteligencia artificial estáredefiniendo nuevos escenarios jurídicos en el marco tuitivo del derecho a la Salud de los argentinos, es por ello que este articulo pretende dar cuestionamientos a losnuevos retos y desafíos éticos jurídicos. De cara a abordar la aplicación de la IA en el ámbito de las ciencias médicashayque establecer que jurídicamente, el puntode partida deben ser los derechos fundamentales y libertades públicasde los individuos o del conjunto de la sociedad, y que en un futuro podrían reconocerse nuevos derechos derivados de este nuevo sendero que estamos transitando.

    The advances that the fourth revolution has brought through artificial intelligence is redefining new legal scenarios in the protective framework of the right to health of Argentines, that is why this article aims to question the new legal ethical challenges. In order to address the application of AI in the field of medical sciences, it must be established that legally, the starting point must be the fundamental rights and public freedoms of individuals or of society as a whole, and that in the future they could to recognize new rights derived from this new path that we are traveling
