Resumen de Inviolabilidad, inmunidad y aforamiento ¿qué dice la Constitución?
En el presente trabajo, la autora analiza las diferentes prerrogativas con base constitucional en el ordenamiento español: la inviolabilidad, la inmunidad y el aforamiento. Un estudio realizado desde una perspectiva actual que promueve diversas reflexiones críticas, partiendo de la realidad normativa y centrándose en alguno de los problemas que suscita. In the present work, the author analyses the different prerogatives with a constitutional basis in the Spanish legal system: inviolability, immunity and privilege. A study carried out from a current perspective which promotes various critical reflections, starting from the normative reality and focusing on some of the problems it raises
