    The Legislative Decree no. 10 of 2 February 2021 brings a profound reform to the European arrest warrant, adapting the domestic legislation to the Framework Decision and contributing to the full implementation of mutual recognition and trust between Member States.

    Il d.lgs. 2 febbraio 2021, n. 10, apporta una profonda riforma al mandato d’arresto europeo, adeguando la normativa interna alla decisione quadro e contribuendo a dar piena attuazione al mutuo riconoscimento e alla fiducia tra Stati membri.
