Resumen de Informatización de los planes de urbanismo en los ayuntamientos medios

  A través de diversos organismos públicos se ha iniciado un proyecto para la creación de un programa informático que puede incluir todos los temas relevantes del urbanismo de Ias ciudades españolas comprendidas entre 20 y 100.000 habitantes. El análisis del Plan General como pieza clave en el desarrollo urbanístico del Municipio es el que centra la utilidad de la futura herramienta-SISGU- y permitirá a los responsables municipales manejar su documento básico de Planificación a efectos de información, gestión y adaptaciones de la propia planificación. Asimismo en la base cartográfica digitalizada que quedará integrada en el sistema de información relativa, se podrán incorporar todas las infraestructuras urbanas, lo que facilitará la gestión y administración de estos servicios.

  Varios public bodies have come together so as to put into effect an information programme that would cover all such headings as migth be relevant to the planning and administration of spanish cities having a population of between 20,000 and 100,000 people. An analysis of each town's PLAN GENERAL or overall master plan is seen to be the key to its planning and administrative development and it is thus this that is used to link it up with the SISGU as a tutoring instrument that will thus be able to make is basic documentary reserves of information as to handling, adapting and informatics available to all such municipal authorities as might wish to draw upon them. In the same kind of way, the digital cartographic base which is to be included within its system of contrasted relative information will also be open to being incorporated as a part of any urban infrastructures and will thus help ease tasks of administration and management at service levels.
