The circular economy when applied to the industrial sector, to the industrial ecosystem, requires changes not only in the way we produce to be more efficient, but also changes in the relationships between companies, with the surrounding territory. This article reviews what changes are those and what infrastructures are necessary to make those changes come true. Some infrastructures are tangible (such as photovoltaic energy plants or bike lanes) but others are intangible (managing entities and facilitators) and probably they are the most important.
