    El presente trabajo tiene por objeto efectuar un estudio del impacto que tiene la regulación bancaria en materia de contabilidad y solvencia sobre los Acuerdos de Refinanciación. Se pretende poner de manifiesto como la eficacia de este instrumento preconcursal en buena medida va a depender de su acople a las premisas regulatorias por la correlación estrecha y recíproca que hay entre los dos ámbitos normativos.

    This article has as objective to develop a study about the banking regulation impact, from the accountability and owns resources perspective over the restructuring agreements. We try to highlight how the efficiency of the restructuring instrument mentioned will depend on its coordination with the banking regulation principles due to the straight and bilateral relation between those legal sides.
