    Este trabajo ofrece una aproximación a las novedades más importantes introducidas en el Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2020, de 5 de mayo, en el ámbito de los acuerdos de refinanciación, destacando las dudas interpretativas que se han superado y otras que se mantienen o las que surgen a partir de la citada norma. Destacaremos las novedades en la definición de los tipos de acuerdos y especialmente las referidas al acuerdo de refinanciación homologado y las cuestiones relativas a la impugnación e incumplimiento

    This paper gives an approximation to the most important novelties introduced in the Consolidated Text of the Bankruptcy Law approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2020, of May 5, in the field of refinancing agreements, highlighting the interpretative doubts that have been overcome and others that are maintained or those that arise from the Consolidated Text. We will highlight the developments in the definition of the types of agreements and especially those related to the approved refinancing agreement and the issues related to challenge and non-compliance.
