    Si Lluís Ortega titulaba su libro “La digitalización toma el mando” para reflexionar sobre el impacto de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la arquitectura, la crisis en la que nos vemos inmersos podría titularse, categóricamente, La naturaleza toma el mando. Partiendo de un breve recorrido por algunas oportunidades históricas que propiciaron cambios sociales y culturales globales, se focaliza la atención en las nociones de integración y diversidad de voces. Esta reflexión pretende evidenciar la pertinencia de nuestros tiempos como escenario obligado de una ansiada revaloración y visualización de unos actores fundamentales en la redefinición de una idea preconcebida de ciudad y en la configuración de un nuevo paisaje.

    If Lluís Ortega titled his book “Digitalization takes over” to reflect on the impact of information and communication technologies on architecture, the crisis in which we are immersed could be titled, categorically, “Nature takes over”. Starting with a brief overview of some historical opportunities that have led to global social and cultural changes, attention is focused on the notions of integration and diversity of voices. This reflection intends to show the relevance of our times as a mandatory scenario for a longed-for revaluation and visualization of some fundamental actors in the redefinition of a preconceived idea of the city and in the configuration of a new landscape.
