    El presente trabajo analiza, a la luz de la regulación aplicable en nuestro ordenamiento interno, el alcance de la llamada jubilación activa, que permite compatibilizar el trabajo por cuenta propia o ajena y a tiempo completo o parcial con el cobro de la pensión, persiguiéndose con ello favorecer el empleo de los trabajadores de más edad y fomentar el envejecimiento activo.

    The present paper analyzes, in light of the regulations applicable in our internal legislation, the scope of the so-called active retirement, which allows to make compatible the self-employment work or for others and full or part time with the collection of the pension, thereby pursuing the employment of older workers and promote active aging.
