    The Human Rights, here analyzed in the aspect of certainty and legal security, implie the imposition of objective criteria to standardize the creation, interpretation and enforcement of the rules. The possibility of this ideal scenario materializes requires the law to adapt to rigid models of logic and science. The legal practice shows that the law consists essentially of values that undermine the logic and scientific method. The idea of Justice covers all these values that underlie the concept of Human Rights, whose function, hidden behind the dogma, is the control of power by the ruling class.

    Os Direitos Humanos, aqui analisados no aspecto da certeza e da segurança jurídicas, implicam na imposição de critérios objetivos para uniformizar a criação, a interpretação e a aplicação das normas. A possibilidade desse cenário ideal se materializar exige que o Direito se adapte aos modelos rígidos da lógica e da ciência. A práxis jurídica evidencia que o Direito é constituído essencialmente de valores que comprometem o método lógico-científico. A idéia de Justiça abrange todos esses valores que fundam o conceito de Direitos Humanos, cuja função, oculta atrás do dogma, é o controle do poder pela classe dominante
