    • The goal of this article is to clarify typically Japanese features of cultivation of vocational skills in the context of the Future of Work, and to enumerate some universal issues relating to network-based business. Technological innovations such as ICT (Information and Communication Technology), AI (Artificial Intelligence), IoT (the Internet of Things), and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) have produced business models that enable networks composed of multiple enterprises and individuals to function as a single organism
