Resumen de La educación transformadora en el pensamiento de Paulo Freire

En este artículo se expone la práctica y el pensamiento político pedagógico de Paulo Freire, destacando sus principales categorías acerca de la educación liberadora como respuesta a la práctica bancaria de la educación, la importancia del papel que asume el docente como militante político y el acto de estudiar como acto de humildad y rebeldía, el empleo de su método que unifica las ciencias para entender y atender la realidad como totalidad y la importancia de la praxis como relación dialéctica entre la teoría y la práctica. Metodológicamente se delimitó el objeto de reflexión y se diseñó el esquema de investigación, se determinaron y analizaron las fuentes de información y se redactó el artículo, Se concluye que la propuesta político-pedagógica del educador brasileño sigue vigente, marcado profundamente por la ideología marxista, que considera a la educación, a la alfabetización y a la lectura del mundo como herramientas de liberación permanente del hombre.

This article exposes the practice and pedagogical political thinking of Paulo Freire, highlighting its main categories about liberating education in response to the banking practice of education, the importance of the role of the teacher as a political militant and the act of study as an act of humility and rebellion, the use of its method that unifies the sciences to understand and attend to reality as a whole and the importance of praxis as a dialectical relationship between theory and practice. Methodologically the object of reflection was delimited and the research scheme was designed, the sources of information were determined and analyzed and the article was written. It is concluded that the political-pedagogical proposal of the Brazilian educator is still in force, marked deeply by the Marxist ideology, which considers education, literacy and reading the world as tools for the permanent liberation of man.
