    Se realiza en este trabajo un estudio de máxima actualidad acerca de la necesidad de incorporar legalmente en nuestro ordenamiento la regulación de la cláusula rebus sic stantibus, solicitada por diversos sectores a raíz de la crisis acontecida por el Coronavirus y las restricciones que ha conllevado el Estado de Alarma. Para ello, se analizarán las diversas regulaciones existentes en diferentes textos nacionales e internacionales, así como la postura mantenida por nuestro Tribunal Supremo sobre este mecanismo, con el fin de realizar finalmente unas consideraciones sobre si realmente tal regulación es necesaria o no en nuestro ordenamiento, así como las ventajas que la misma podría conllevar.

    In this paper we carry out a highly topical study on the need to legally incorporate in our legal system the regulation of the rebus sic stantibus clause, requested by various sectors as a result of the crisis caused by the Coronavirus and the restrictions that the State of Alarm has entailed. For this purpose, we will analyze the various regulations existing in different national and international texts, as well as the position maintained by our Supreme Court on this mechanism, in order to finally make some considerations on whether such regulation is really necessary or not in our legal system, as well as the advantages that it could entail.
